Ordering, shipping, returns, and procurement questions for Sentinel Standard.
What does Sentinel Standard sell?
We supply COTS tactical and duty gear — weapon lights, optics, ammunition, handcuffs and LE gear, mounts, slings, boots, and related accessories. We are a reseller — not a manufacturer — and we do not sell firearms.
Are you a veteran-owned small business?
Yes. Sentinel Standard is an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB).
Do you support government or institutional purchasing?
Yes. Use the Contact page for procurement details and RFQs. UEI and CAGE are listed there. We are a newer supplier building federal past performance and do not claim prior contract awards.
How do I request a quote by manufacturer part number?
Send the MPN (and brand if known), quantity, and ship-to ZIP via Contact. We match COTS items by manufacturer part number and reply with price and lead time — typically within one business day.
What are your UEI and CAGE codes?
UEI PX4YVLF5SXZ3 and CAGE 05U58. SAM registration is Active. Identifiers are listed on the Contact page for solicitation packages.
When will my order arrive?
In-stock orders typically process within about one business day after payment clears, then ship via U.S. ground carriers. Transit is usually 3–7 business days (longer for AK/HI or hazardous shipments). You will receive tracking by email once the order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard U.S. shipping is $6.99 on orders under $75 (after discounts); orders of $75+ get free Standard shipping. At checkout you can also choose 2-Day ($14.99) or Overnight ($29.99). Ammunition and other hazardous items ship Standard (ground) only. Your order summary shows the exact rate before you pay.
What is your return policy?
Unused, unopened gear in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery with an authorization from us. Ammunition and other hazardous items are final sale. See our Returns page for full eligibility.
Can I buy ammunition online?
Yes, where permitted. Ammunition purchases require age 21+, checkout acknowledgments, an eligible U.S. street address (no P.O. Box), and ground-only shipping. We do not ship ammunition to restricted states listed at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also use the Track Order page with your order number and the email used at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. Contact us if you need status on future international fulfillment.
Do you sell firearms?
No. Sentinel Standard sells accessories, components, and ammunition only — optics, lights, LE gear, mounts, and related products. No firearms are sold on this site.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe with industry-standard encryption. Card details never touch our servers. Express checkout supports Apple Pay and Google Pay when available on your device; the payment form accepts cards only.
