These terms govern your use of the Sentinel Standard website operated by Sentinel Standard, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") and your purchase of products from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Age requirement
You must be 18 years or older to purchase from Sentinel Standard. Ammunition purchases require that you are 21 years or older. By purchasing age-restricted items, you represent that you meet the applicable requirement. When configured, we require third-party identity verification before payment for those items.
Orders and payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be received before an order ships. Prices are listed in USD and do not include shipping or applicable taxes unless stated.
Shipping
Orders ship via U.S. ground carriers (typically UPS Ground). Hazardous items including ammunition ship ground-only. Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed. See our Shipping page for typical timing and ammunition restrictions.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unopened gear in original packaging, subject to the exclusions on our Returns page. Ammunition and hazardous items are final sale.
Product and destination restrictions
Meeting an age requirement for restricted items does not mean every product is lawful for every buyer or destination. Ammunition sales require age 21+, checkout acknowledgments, and an eligible ship-to address. We may refuse or cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled lawfully.
